Nitrogen Welding Gas — 20L Refill

Nitrogen gas for purging and back-purging stainless steel pipework and for other applications where an inert nitrogen atmosphere is required, helping prevent oxidation and discolouration on the root side of the weld. Supplied in refillable 200 bar cylinders. Bottles can be taken on a yearly rental for short-term use, or on a rent-free lifetime option for longer-term users; deposits are refundable on return of the bottle, subject to our terms and conditions. A 10L bottle holds around 2000L of gas — roughly 3-4 hours of use at 10 litres per minute — and a 20L bottle holds twice that. Bottles are available for collection from our trade counter only (gas cannot be sent by courier).
